Meatballs with Minty Mayo
Try this simple, but delicious snack recipe from Eatahfood! Feeds up to four to six people.

This combo pack includes:
1 1lb Pack of Minced Beef
1 Pack of Garlic
1lb Onions
1 Bundle of Rosemary
1 Bundle of Mint
1 Lime
Minty Mayo Sauce:
Chop fresh mint leaves
Mince two cloves of garlic
Add mint and garlic to 1/2 cup of Mayo
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper
squeeze a teaspoon of lime juice
Mix everything together and let sit in the refridgerator
Prep Minced Beef:
De-frost 1 Pack of Market Movers Minced Beef
Dice 2 Onions
Mince 1 head of Garlic
Grind Coriander, Black Peppercorns and Sea Salt (These can be added in already powdered format)
Add these seasonings to minced beef and mix together
Directions
Spoon out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a small ball. Repeat with rest of mixture.
You can freeze some of the beef balls for later.
Cooking:
In a heated sauté pan add butter and a sprig of rosemary. Add the desired number of balls you want to consume now to the pan.
Cook on each side for 4-6 minutes each.
Remove from pan and let rest a bit.
Dip meat balls in the minty mayo sauce as a fun afternoon snack
