This combo pack includes:
1 Pack Minced Chicken
1 Bundle of Shadon Beni
1 Bundle of Thyme
1 Pack of Garlic (Small)
1 Pack of Artisan Lettuce Mix
1 Pack of Peeled Pineapple
Prep Pineapple chow:
Cube Pineapple slices into tiny pieces
Season with salt and add finely chopped fresh shad on beni leaves
Directions for Chicken Patty:
Mince 2 1/2 heads of garlic
Finely chop 5 pimento peppers
De-frost 1 Pack of Market Movers Minced Chicken
Season with pimentos, garlic, salt, black pepper, lime & fresh thyme leaves
Mix all ingredients together
Scoop out a tablespoon full and make into balls
Press the minced chicken balls into medium sized patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook patties evenly on each side for about 5-7 minutes each.
Toast bread and add fresh artisan lettuce on one bun
Place patty on lettuce
spread pineapple chow on patty
butter other bun with curry mustard paste or any dressing you like
Cover patty with bun and enjoy with the family!
